Can I modify my order?


If you want to modify your order, please send an email within 10 minutes you placed your order with your order number and specify how you want to modify it. We will get back to you as soon as possible with any updates on your order. Can I cancel my order? If you would like to cancel your order please make sure to email us within the hour of purchase. If it is done after we cannot gaurantee your request will go through.




What if a game with a certain design I want is sold out? Will it restock?


Once the certain game has been sold, that will be the only one of its kind. There will be similiar designs, but it's first come, first serve. Can I request a custom design? At the moment, no. But we will let our subscibers know first if we beginning to do so. So be sure to subscribe to our newsletter!




How often is inventory updated?


As of right now, inventory is based on demand. We are doing our best to update inventory by the beginning of every week. To see if items have been restocked or updated please check in every Tuesday.




How do I get a refund?


Your form of refund will be issued in the form of the payment method you used. Shipping costs will not be included in your refund. You will get an email when your refund has been issued.




When will I get my order confirmation?


As soon as you place an order, we send a confirmation to the email address on file for your account. This email includes your order number, estimated delivery date, shipping information, and an order summary. If you paid for your order using a credit card, you'll get the email as soon as the transaction is approved by your financial institution. If the payment fails, we'll still send an email letting you know how to resubmit your payment. If you lose your confirmation email, you can still view your order status and delivery date when you log in to your account.
